• In order to obtain a Provisional drivers license, students must schedule their own road test with the MVA. If a student needs to rent a vehicle for the road test, appointments must be booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Students can make payments over the phone or in person. (Please call for pricing and availability).

• If vehicle is rented, instructors will escort students to take the test at the Beltsville, Largo and White Oak MVA's.

• Students under the age of 25 must have a valid Leaner's Permit for at least 9 months, complete 60 hours with their parent or guardian and successfully complete a drivers education program.

• Students over the age of 25 must have a valid Learner's Permit for at least 45 days, complete 14 hours of driving and successfully complete a driver education program. ​​
